Consistent access to safe green spaces and waterways confers positive outcomes on the overall health, well-being, and physical and mental health of individuals. Access is not equitably distributed, however. This presentation will detail the importance of building equitable access to the outdoors for communities of color to reveal how injustice in access is also injustice to human well-being.

This is a hybrid event. All attendees will be there in person and the speaker will appear virtually via Zoom.
