Dear CNU COMMUNITY
The Middle East and North Africa Studies program cordially invites you to a
Global Quiz Night.
Global Quiz Night is our first campus-wide event in which teams of students, faculty, and staff compete against one another in a trivia bowl.
Teams compete for prizes and the glory of being crowned Global Quiz Night Grand Champion.
The 1st annual Global Quiz Night will be held on Friday, January 26 in the DSU Ballroom starting at 6pm.
The event consists of two halves, with a 15-minute intermission. Each half has three rounds.
First Half
Round 1: History
Round 2: Popular Culture
Round 3: World Languages
Second Half
Round 4: Literature
Round 5: Art
Round 6: Current Events
Teams are comprised of 5-8 people
Students/Faculty/ Staff may register as teams or individuals (the MENA staff will assign individuals to teams).
Teams and individuals must register by sending an email to Dr. Diana Obeid: diana.obeid@cnu.edu by January 22, 2024.
