Music Major for a Day is offered on the Friday of each audition weekend to high school seniors and transfer students who are registered to audition for acceptance as a music major at Christopher Newport. You can experience “a day in the life” of a music major by attending classes, sitting in on rehearsals, taking a private applied music lesson with one of our faculty, and meeting several of our outstanding music students and faculty.
