In moments of crisis and conflict, employees may find it difficult to find the “right” words to say or to say anything at all, especially supervisors. At other times, they may need to access opportunities for dialogue and sorting through situations that impact the organization. In this interactive workshop, participants will consider individual and organizational approaches that can be taken to process key moments that incite emotion and concern within a community.. Resources and strategies to make workplaces more inclusive will be highlighted.
